Normal business hours are Monday through Friday from 9.00am to 5.00pm. Service requests can be submitted via email or by calling our helpdesk directly.

Our friendly, dedicated and competent in-house customer support officer will be able to help you resolve many of the common problems online. If they are unable or you required on site service, then your service call will be logged into the system and route to the technical support department.

A support specialist will then be assigned to solve your problem. The system will keep track and monitor your service request right from the time your call is received till the time your problem is resolved to ensure prompt services.
