COMNET has been Awarded multiple Mixed Development contracts

COMNET Systems has been awarded multiple contracts for communication and security cabling system in Integrated Mixed Development Project namely One Holland Village, Pasir Ris 8 and 1 Science Park Drive.

An integrated development is a mixed-use development with a residential component and significant commercial component, seamlessly connected to a transport node and public spaces.

COMNET Systems is proud to announce that we were awarded multiple contracts related to the national efforts to fight the COVID19 Pandemic.

We were awarded a contract on the communication and security cabling system for the conversion of Changi Expo Hall 8 to Connect @ Changi and Community Care Facility. Connect@Changi is a pilot purpose-built facility designed for Singapore and international travellers to conduct business meetings and engagements in a safe and contained environment.

We were also awarded a contract for the deployment of WIFI network system encompassing 300 Wireless Access Points and the communication cabling system at SengKang West Quick Build Dormitory (QBD) housing 5000 migrant workers. The new QBD is the government effort to improve the living standard of migrant workers and ensure safe and hygienic conditions onsite with adequate social distancing during a pandemic outbreak.

We were further awarded a contract on the communication and security cabling system for the conversion of Changi Expo Hall 9 to Community Care Facility.

COMNET Systems has been awarded a communication and security cabling system project at Singapore General Hospital Emergency Medicine Building.

Expected to be ready in 2023, the new Emergency Medicine Building on the Singapore General Hospital (SGH) Campus will be equipped with facilities and services to better manage patients with emergency conditions. As the new building has easy access to the expertise of many disciplines, the hospital is able to initiate expedient and coordinated care for its patients.

The new Emergency Medicine Building is planned to be connected to the main SGH buildings with close access to diagnostic and interventional facilities such as Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), operating theatres, burns centre, interventional radiology and cardiac cathetherisation suites, acute medical wards and support operations, for fast and effective care.

COMNET Systems has been awarded a communication and security cabling system project at National University of Singapore, COM3.

Located over Lover’s Park valley, the Computing 3 (COM3) building will connect academia, research and industry, by providing a physical bridge between COM1, COM2 and the Smart Nation Cluster (SNC), as well as serve as a hub to foster collaboration and innovation.

COMNET Systems has been awarded a communication and security cabling system project at National University of Singapore, E7.

The development, housing the Biomedical Institute for Global Healthcare Research & Technology (BIGHEART), which comprises two key stakeholders, namely Medical Engineering Research Unit (MERU) and MedTech Innovation Cluster (MedIC), will be equipped with essential state‐of‐the‐art through‐train facilities, inclusive of wet and dry labs, prototype labs, start-up incubation and interactive spaces for research discussions. Here, innovations and value creation can be translated from invention to incubation and commercialization.

COMNET Systems has been awarded a contract for the supply and installation of Structured Cabling System at CapitaSpring (located at the former Golden Shoe Car Park).

The site of the Golden Shoe Car Park will be redeveloped into a 51-storey “integrated development” featuring 29 floors of office space on the top floors spanning 635,000 sq ft of net lettable area, an eight-storey, 299-unit serviced residence , five floors of car park with about 350 lots, 10 motorcycle lots and 165 bicycle parking lots and 12,000 sq ft of ancillary retail space.

COMNET Systems has been awarded a contract for the supply and installation of Structured Cabling System at the New State Court Building.

The New State Court Building comprises of two towers each about 178m high and the two towers are link by a series of linked bridges. There are 50 court rooms and 60 hearing chambers. The estimated gross floor area is 113,000 sqm.
