COMNET Systems has been awarded security cabling system and Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) project at Astoria Palawan. ​

Astoria Palawan is an eight-hectare resort in the heart of the Philippines’ Final Frontier, Puerto Princesa. The property is the brand’s nod to the natural charm of Palawan.​

The project intend to enhance further the security of the guest and visitor of the property during their vacation stay. ​

CCTV can be used to control, manage and monitor crowds. It can also help with safety and security within the crowd as it provides them with a sense of freedom from fear. CCTV is used to monitor and record crowds, especially those that are large and potentially dangerous. It can help identify those acting suspiciously so they can be apprehended before they cause harm to others. CCTV cameras are placed at strategic locations within a crowd, such as entrances and exits.​
