COMNET Systems has been awarded a communication and security cabling system project for A*Star Biomedical Node at Geneo.

A*STAR’s facility at Geneo is a brand-new, advanced biomedical research facility located within the newly opened Geneo life sciences and innovation cluster at Singapore Science Park 1.

This location allows A*STAR to complement its existing headquarters and major footprint at the nearby Biopolis (one-north) cluster while placing its researchers directly alongside corporate and clinical partners.

The hub is equipped with Grade A wet lab-ready spaces, central cooling, and specialized exhaust shafts designed for intensive biomedical research and development.

The space, called Geneo, comes as Singapore has committed S$37 billion into research, innovation and enterprise over the next five years.
